Crafted from all stainless steel this shower mixer with diverter is built to withstand the test of time. The diverter is a zero pressure diverter which means that it does not require any water pressure to work, and will therefore work at low water pressure. Simply turn the diverter knob anti-clockwise and the water will be diverted to the alternate outlet, usually a hand shower.
This product can also be combined with the Bath Spout (1415) for a wall-mounted bath mixer and spout. Alternatively it can also be installed alone above the bath where the water spout is on the bath in the form of the Bath Filler and Overflow (1012).
By separating the concealed body and trim set, the product finish can be changed at a later date simply by purchasing a new trim set. This feature also helps preventing unnecessary damage to the trim set during the installation process, as the trim set should only be installed once the tiles have been installed and cleaned.

Manufacturing Warranty:(Product Guarantee)
All components of LIQUID RED® Chrome Plated TAPWARE, excluding colour finishes, are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 years for purchases before 01 March 2025 and 15 years for purchases after 01 March 2025, as printed on the sales docket, which must be provided as proof of purchase. Hand showers, shower roses, shower arms, and hoses are also guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase before 01 March 2025 and 5 years for purchases after 01 March 2025.
Colour Finishes:(Finish Guarantee)
The surface finish of all colour components (including PVD and other coating methods) of LIQUID RED TAPWARE and related products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase before 01 March 2025 and 5 years for purchases after 01 March 2025, as printed on the sales docket, which must be provided as proof of purchase.
Excluded from this warranty are damages resulting from force majeure (Acts of God), including, but not limited to, lightning and floods, fair wear and tear, misuse, wilful damage, negligence, repair of the device without the approval of Bathroom Butler or damage resulting from incorrect Installation.
The manufacturer’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of LIQUID RED® TAPWARE only. No claim for consequential damage and/or labor and/or transport will be entertained. Damages arising from misuse of the bathroom accessory will render the warranty invalid.
This warranty is only valid when the product has been purchased from an authorized reseller or country/territory distributor and is only valid within the geographical borders of the country/territory where it was originally purchased. This warranty only extends to the original purchaser of this product and is not transferable.

CLEANING & CARE: Chrome-plated TAPWARE
LIQUID RED® TAPWARE is Chrome plated and should be cleaned regularly with a warm damp cloth and buffed dry with a clean dry cloth. Do not use the rough end of a kitchen sponge to clean your tapware. DO NOT clean your tapware with any kind of ACID-BASED CHEMICAL, TILE CLEANER or detergents that contain CHLORINE. This may contaminate and damage the surface finish of the tapware.
CLEANING & CARE: Colour Finishes
Clean daily using only warm water and dry off with a soft cloth. DO NOT use any household detergents. DO NOT use any abrasive cleaning materials. DO NOT allow any residue to dry on the tap surface such as toothpaste, shaving cream, hand soap, and other bathroom products. Clean off immediately with water and dry with a soft cloth. The Matt Black finish is a coated surface; therefore it is possible to chip it which is not covered by the warranty. DO NOT bump or scratch with other objects.
Cleaning & Care: Chrome plated and stainless steel finishes
To keep your LIQUIDRed product in pristine condition, regularly wipe it down with a warm damp cloth and then buff dry with a clean dry microfiber cloth. You could also, on occasion use a Chlorine-free stainless steel cleaner/polish or chrome polish to maintain the shine. If you use stainless steel polish, make sure it is abrasive free.
When cleaning wall or counter surfaces around your product do not use any household detergents that may contain Chlorine based chemicals such as bleach as it will cause permanent damage to the surface of the chrome plating or stainless steel. Take special care with all colour finishes.
